Whether you’re a seeker, a creator, or simply someone yearning to live more fully aligned, here are 12 ancient principles from Colibri festival Co-founder, Constantin Bisanz on how to create heaven on earth.

1. Clean, nourish, and care for your inner garden.

Our inner world is a sacred landscape—and it needs care. That means cleaning up what doesn’t serve, weeding out the limiting beliefs and stuck emotions, and nourishing it with presence, peace, and love. For me, it’s not mindfulness—it’s mind-emptiness. Only when the noise clears can the divine move through us. Your inner garden is the foundation of everything.

2. Heal your heart. Forgive. Make peace within.

All healing begins within. We must start by forgiving ourselves—gently, honestly, fully.

We all carry wounds. I couldn’t love for decades because of closed-off pain. But when we forgive, we unlock stuck energy and come back into love. Forgiveness is freedom. Love is healing. And it starts with loving ourselves. Peace in the world begins with peace in the heart.

3. Inner Peace for World Peace

We are aware that much suffering exists in the world. There are wars, conflicts, and immense pain happening on our planet. While we don’t take political positions, we hold a deep longing for peace—not just for ourselves, but for the whole planet.

And I believe one of the most powerful contributions we can make is to create peace within ourselves first. When we find divine love inside, when we heal and live from that place, we become anchors of peace in the world. Inner peace radiates outward. It inspires others. It creates change. It may not solve all the world’s problems overnight, but it shifts the field. And every shift matters. Peace starts within.

4. Recognize the divine in all beings.

God is not somewhere in the sky. God is within us, and within every plant, every animal, every person. Heaven on Earth means honoring the divinity in all.

5. Make your life a gratitude prayer.

Be grateful for the little things. Be grateful all the time.

Train your gratefulness muscle. Be grateful for the smallest things: a sip of water, a deep breath, a glance into a loved one’s eyes, the rhythm of your heartbeat. Look at a flower, and say thank you.

Life is a miracle in every moment. Gratitude is one of the fastest ways to shift into joy and presence.

6. Be mindful of what you consume—it shapes your frequency.

We are what we eat. We are what we consume.

Food is energy. Eat high-vibrational food straight from nature, full of prana. Avoid what causes inflammation—sugar, processed foods, or animals who have suffered.

Also be mindful of media and conversation—gossip, negativity, violence. This is all consumption. Clean up your consumption and your frequency will rise.

7. Watch your thoughts, words, and frequency.

Thoughts are seeds. Words are spells. What we think and say, we become. Many people—including myself—default into negativity. So practice word hygiene. Shift doubt into trust. Shift fear into faith. Let’s become frequency shifters.

8. Build your trust muscle.

Trust is a practice. Most of what we worry about never happens. Remind yourself of all the things that have already worked out. Train your trust like a muscle—believe in your path, your timing, your worth. Trust opens doors.

9. Discover and share your unique gift.

Every being has a divine role in the ecosystem. What is yours? What comes naturally to you? What lights you up? That’s your gift. Nourish it, develop it, and share it. Don’t hold back. Like the hummingbird spreads nectar, we are here to spread beauty.

10. Master your power to manifest. Recognize yourself as a creator being. Use new tools to amplify your light.

We are created beings. We are here to create. We are the captains of our boat, the architects of our reality. No one else decides where we are going—we do.

Manifestation is not just a concept. It works. It’s a real power we all have, and we need to awaken it. Make it a habit to manifest your reality with clarity and intention. Feel it. Visualize it. Embody what you wish to become.

Use new tools—AI, social media, crypto, vision boards, voice, breath, prayer—to dream, to build, to create. Start creating magic. Share your message. Shape the world. The clearer your intention, the clearer the manifestation. The better the prompt, the better the result. This is your superpower. Use it.

11. Surround yourself with beauty and positivity.

Choose the people, spaces, and energies that uplift you. Be with those who inspire, not drain. Plant trees, grow your own food, raise animals, dance with children. Be in nature. Learn from nature. Move your body. Stretch, sweat, breathe, sing. This is sacred hygiene.

12. Make peace, commit to love, and show up fully.

Let go of grudges. Make peace with your neighbors, your past, your family. Be the one who holds space. Give—your time, your love, your resources. Live with honesty and commitment in your relationships. For me, being truly committed in love and family is one of the most rewarding paths. And remember, when energy flows, purpose grows.
