Jasmin is a London-born entrepreneur of mixed heritage who is an influential force with an indomitable passion for music, sound, and wellness. Jasmin is a meditation teacher and practitioner, specializing in energy, sound and the voice. In 2017, she founded the international wellness brand Emerald and Tiger, a trailblazer in corporate wellness and brand activations. In 2023, she founded Feels Space, which delves deeper into healing and sensory experiences by curating immersive experiences, installations, and soundscapes.

Valentina Cartago

Registered Nutritional Therapist

Valentina is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, trained at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. She is a member of both BANT and CNHC. She is based in London where she runs her own practice The Italian Nutritionist, supporting her 1-1 clients and delivering corporate and community talks on various health topics both in person and online. Her background includes Head Nutritionist at LMS Wellness,where she worked alongside functional doctors and Clinical Nutritionist at the Hevolution Global Healthspan in Riyadh. She is fluent in both English and Italian.

Dr Hana Patel

GP MBBS BSc MSc(Med Ed) FRCGP ILM7 RCPathME

Dr Hana Patel is a versatile and experienced general practitioner in family medicine. She is also a life and mental health coach in the Southeast London area. She specializes in well-man and male fertility checks, menopause, paediatric checks, over 50's health checks for men and women, and memory health checks. In addition to her practice in family medicine, Dr Patel currently practises as an mental health and life coach, and offers qualified and regulated coaching supervision.
